In this short tutorial, I'm going to show you how to make your personal animal's kennel or crate into a unique piece of home decoration. These personalized kennels make your pet feel secure and at "home". These cages are best for: Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and any other pet that requires a kennel!
1: Gather or order a TON of material of your choice. I choose felt as it hides better and makes my dog, Holliday, sleep better and feel the security.
2: Cut strips into pieces about 1.5 inches wide and about 6 inches long of your desired colors.
3: Design your creative vision onto the kennel with the same colors you want!
Remember: These are very hard to untie, so you want to really put some thought into what your doing before you start.
4: Tie EACH and EVERY piece in the order you want it. Mine in this bottom photo took over 1000 cuttings!
Tip: Tie each piece VERY close together so that your animal will not see any light when inside and tie every single bracket.
